Frank P. Russomanno, age 61, is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imation. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and since November, 2006 was acting CEO. Prior to 2003, Mr. Russomanno was president of Imation Data Storage and Information Management business. In this position, he led the company’s data storage businesses, including Imation personal storage media business which focused on optical storage solutions, such as CD and DVD technologies, and Imation data storage media and services business which concentrated on removable magnetic media such as tape technology.

During his tenure with Imation and 3M, Mr. Russomanno has held several executive and managerial positions, including vice president of Imation Data Storage media and services business, general manager of Imation Advanced Imaging Program, corporate sales and marketing director, and global sales and marketing director for Photo Color Products. He also served as a European Business Unit Director while with 3M Company. He began his career with 3M Company in 1973 as a sales coordinator and eventually became a sales representative for the magnetic/audio/video recording business in the greater metropolitan New York area.

Mr. Russomanno holds a bachelor degree in history from Seton Hall University. He also has undertaken graduate work at the University of Oklahoma and Monmouth College and served in the United States Army as an artillery officer achieving the rank of captain. In addition, Mr. Russomanno currently serves on the board of directors for the Content Delivery & Storage Association (CD&SA) and the board of the Merrick Community Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Paul Zeller is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Imation Corp. In this role, Zeller brings more than twenty-two years of experience and leadership in global finance and public accounting.

Prior to this position, Zeller was vice president and corporate controller for Imation, with responsibility for all Imation global financial operations. He first joined Imation, as part of 3M Company, in 1986, and has since held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the finance organizations for Imation and 3M, including international controller, division controller and financial reporting manager. When Imation spun-off of 3M as an independent company in 1996, Zeller established the corporate accounting function for Imation and was later named to the position of corporate controller in 1998.

Zeller began his business career at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, passing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam in 1983.

Zeller holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with honors.

In addition to providing legal guidance as a member of Imation’s Executive Operations Team, John directs its worldwide legal staff and supports the Imation Board of Directors. He is also responsible for the Company’s Government and Community Relations programs. Before joining Imation, John served as Vice President and General Counsel at Silicon Graphics Inc., where he managed the company’s worldwide legal organization, including its broad-based intellectual property program. He also held numerous legal positions, including that of General Counsel, at Cray Research, Inc., prior to joining Silicon Graphics. He has extensive experience in technology-related legal matters, and testified on technology transfer activities on behalf of the computer industry in front of the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space and Technology Subcommittee on Energy.

John is active in local community organizations. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Jungle Theater and for OutFront Minnesota. He previously served on the Board of Governors of The Children’s Theatre Company from 1985 to 1996; on the Board of Directors of James Sewell Ballet from 1993 to 1995; and on the Board of Directors for Grace House, an adult foster care facility for people living with HIV/AIDS, from 1996 to 1997. He continues to volunteer at Grace House.

John was a founding member of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Business Council in 1997 and served as its co-chair from 2001 to 2003. John also served on the HRC Board of Governors from 1999 to 2003 and then on the national Board of Directors from 2003 to 2007.

John holds a doctorate of jurisprudence degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a bachelor of arts degree in quantitative methods from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Dr. Kulkarni began his technical career with IBM in 1989 as a research engineer responsible for the development of semiconductors and new processes in integrated circuit fabrication. He joined 3M Company in 1992 as a senior research engineer in 3M's Graphic Research Laboratory, leading the development of new imaging technology. In 1996 he became Imation's manager of the Advanced Technology Center before moving to the data storage organization in 1998 to lead the Magnetic Media Development Center and was appointed to Executive Director, Media Product and Technology Development in September, 2004.

Dr. Kulkarni received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds seven U.S. patents and his research on silicon surface chemistry and application in integrated circuit fabrication is published in multiple technical publications. He, his wife, and two daughters live in Woodbury, MN.

Pete Koehn is responsible for all financial accounting, planning and forecasting, investment and acquisition analysis, and control of Imation’s global financial operations.

Koehn has nearly 25 years of leadership in corporate financial accounting, business development and auditing within various manufacturing, retail, distribution and high-tech industries. Pete began his accounting career at the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and has held positions with increasing financial responsibilities with several industry leading companies. Koehn joined Imation in 2000 as division controller of Imation’s Data Storage and Information Systems division and was appointed Corporate Controller in 2004.

Koehn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana and is a certified public accountant. Koehn also continues his professional education in the areas of SEC reporting, industry competence, and taxation.

Jim Ellis is responsible for identifying and managing new growth opportunities across the “four pillars” of data storage technology: magnetic, optical, flash and removable hard disk drives.

Previously, Jim was General Manager of Imation’s Global Product Strategy, which focused on identifying and developing new around the company’s core removable optical and magnetic media businesses.

Jim brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the data storage industry. He first joined 3M in 1978, and has since held a variety of technical and business management positions within the data storage businesses of Imation and 3M Company, including the management of tape, optical and flash businesses. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
