Lucas President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Lucas was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Imation Corp. in May of 2010, after serving as an independent director, and president and chief operating officer for the company. Imation is a global technology company that helps organizations and people store, protect and connect their digital lives. Imation products are sold globally through retail and commercial/OEM distribution under the Imation, Memorex, TDK Life on Record and XtremeMac brands. Under Lucas’ leadership, Imation is establishing itself as a leader in high-growth storage markets, including secure media and removable hard disk drives for small and medium business; and in differentiated consumer audio systems and accessories. He has also initiated several successful operational excellence initiatives that continue to drive efficiencies, cost savings and cash flow improvement. Previously, Lucas was the Chairman and CEO of the Geneva Watch Group located in New York. Geneva Watch is one of the top 10 watch manufacturers in the world selling to the mass merchant market, designer and fashion markets, home design and sports action markets. In this role, Lucas reorganized the company, established a new global product development process and solidified a consistent multi-national culture. Prior to leading Geneva Watch Group, Lucas was the President and CEO of Altec Lansing Technologies, a leading provider of powered, portable, personal and interactive audio products. He joined Altec Lansing in 2001 and played a key role in reviving the brand and adding to its long tradition of audio innovation. Initiatives under his direction resulted in explosive growth for the company and a return to a diversified and global business base as well as a solid financial footing. Before joining Altec Lansing, Lucas held senior executive positions at Iomega Corporation, Gillette and Duracell. His responsibilities ranged from domestic and international marketing to product management, strategic planning, and operations and manufacturing, including living in Asia for five years as President of the region. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and an MBA in marketing at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He currently is an Independent Director for Noble BioMaterials, Director-Elect for the Greater Twin Cities United Way and member of the Minnesota Business Partnership. |
![]() | Paul R. Zeller Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Paul Zeller is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Imation Corp. In this role, Zeller brings significant experience and leadership in global finance and public accounting. Prior to this position, Zeller was vice president and corporate controller for Imation, with responsibility for all Imation global financial operations. He first joined Imation, as part of 3M Company, in 1986, and has since held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the finance organizations for Imation and 3M, including international controller, division controller and financial reporting manager. When Imation spun-off of 3M as an independent company in 1996, Zeller established the corporate accounting function for Imation and was later named to the position of corporate controller in 1998. Zeller began his business career at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, passing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam in 1983. He is on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Orchestra. Zeller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with honors. |

Bosler Senior Vice President and Group President, Consumer Storage and Accessories Greg Bosler is Imation Senior Vice President and Group President, Consumer Storage and Accessories, a position he has held since January 1, 2013. In this role, Bosler is responsible for Imation’s global business in the Consumer Storage and Accessories business unit, which includes optical, flash and hard disk drive products, as well as differentiated consumer electronics and accessories. In his previous role, Bosler oversaw Imation’s consumer and commercial business in all regions of the world as Senior Vice President, Global Business Management. Bosler joined Imation in January 2009 as the leader of the Americas Consumer business and the Imation Electronics Products business. In 2010, he was appointed vice president for both the Commercial and the Consumer businesses for the Americas. Bosler has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and general management, having held senior positions with Duracell, Pioneer Electronics, and Thomson Consumer Electronics. When Thomson divested their RCA television business to TCL Corporation in 2004, which became TTE, Bosler was appointed executive vice president of TTE’s North American Business. |
![]() | John P. Breedlove Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary John Breedlove is Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Imation. In this role, Breedlove leads Imation’s global legal and government affairs functions, and works closely with Imation’s board of directors in his capacity as secretary. Breedlove brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts to this role. Breedlove’s career spans nearly three decades in commercial and corporate law. He joined Imation following 18 years with SuperValu Inc., where he was vice president of business law at the $40 billion grocery, food and logistics company. There, he led the legal team and advised business units on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, antitrust, finance, commercial contracts, credit and intellectual property. He also served as Supervalu’s corporate secretary and chief securities counsel for 10 years. Prior to SuperValu, Breedlove was an attorney with the law office of Dorsey & Whitney, Minneapolis, and Graham & James, San Francisco. He received his law degree from the University of California Los Angeles; and a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Minnesota. |
![]() | Patricia Hamm Vice President of Global Human Resources Patricia (Patty) Hamm oversees our global Human Resources (HR) function. In this role, Hamm is charged with driving strategic change across Imation’s team and culture, focused on supporting the company’s business imperatives through HR strategies, including high-performance organizational development, leadership development, and career planning. Hamm has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the human resources and marketing field. Prior to joining Imation, she was executive vice president of human capital and learning at Petters Group Worldwide, LLC, in Minnetonka, Minn. From 1984 to 1994, Hamm held human resources and marketing management positions at First Bank System (now U.S. Bancorp), and from 1995 to 1999 at medical companies Aequitron Medical, Inc., Nellcor Puritan Bennett, and Mallinckrodt Corporation, where she managed numerous acquisition and integration focused activities. From 1999 to 2001, she was vice president of human resources at Net Perceptions, a leading supplier of real-time personalization solutions. From 2001 to 2002, Hamm was vice president of human resources at Fingerhut, Inc (now Bluestem Brands), a home shopping retailer offering private-label and brand-name merchandise. Fingerhut was purchased by Petters Group Worldwide LLC, where she was named to the executive vice president position in 2003. Hamm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict, and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota. She is a board member for the Human Resources Executive Forum and provides project support to Women Venture’s Human Resource Committee. |
![]() | Richard B. Parran Jr. Vice President, Corporate Development Richard (Dick) B. Parran Jr. joined Imation in June 2012 as Vice President of Corporate Development. Parran oversees the Corporate Development function focused on key Imation growth initiatives, including the company’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) strategy. Prior to Imation, Parran was president, Network Solutions at ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a $1.2 billion supplier of telecommunications network infrastructure products and services, where he was responsible for the company’s wireless products business. Prior to that, Parran’s 15-year career at ADC spanned senior executive positions in business unit operation, strategic marketing and corporate development functions, including the position of vice president of corporate business development responsible for merger, acquisition, divestiture and venture capital investment activity. Before ADC, he held general management, marketing and corporate development positions with Paragon Business Systems, Showtime Networks and Centel Corporation. Parran holds a bachelor of science in engineering (mechanical and materials science) degree from Duke University and a master of business administration from the University of Chicago. |
![]() | Lawrence Reusing General Manager, Imation Mobile Security Lawrence Reusing joined Imation in June 2011. As General Manager of Global Mobile Security, Reusing is responsible to drive the growth of Imation’s mobile security business and to open new strategic opportunities for the company in the data security market. Reusing co-founded Memory Experts International in 1994 and served as the company’s vice president of corporate business development for its first decade. During this period, he built strong partnerships with leading office equipment manufacturers as the company grew from a start-up business into a leader in the development and manufacture of memory expansion boards. He was named CEO of Memory Experts in 2005. Reusing joined Imation with the company’s acquisition of the MXI Security business from Memory Experts International. He also founded the Memory Experts’ ISI Interconnect Solutions cable assembly division, which was twice recognized by Entrepreneur magazine in its “Hot 500” companies in America. An expert in data storage and security technology, Reusing established and set the direction for Memory Experts’ MXI Security division, which pioneered the portable data security space. In 2000, Reusing took a one-year leave from Memory Experts to co-found NexGen Digital, a successful California-based component distribution company. Before founding Memory Experts, he co-founded and was vice president of sales, customer support and engineering at InTech Data Corp., a Montreal-based distributor of computers and memory expansion boards. Reusing studied economics and computer science at McGill University. |
![]() | Scott Robinson Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Scott Robinson is Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Imation Corp., with responsibility for internal and external reporting, financial accounting policies, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, investor relations tax and much of the back office finance functions. Prior to joining Imation in 2004, Robinson worked at Deluxe Corporation where he held the positions of Director of Internal Audit from 1999 to 2002 and Assistant Corporate Controller from 2002 to 2004. He started his career in 1988 with Pricewaterhouse-Coopers, where he earned his CPA and worked in their Minneapolis, New York, and Dusseldorf, Germany offices. He rose to the position of Senior Manager prior to his departure in 1999. Robinson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the St. Cloud State University. |
![]() | Carl Thielk Vice President, Global Supply Chain Operations Carl Thielk is Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations. He serves as Imation’s lead for sourcing, logistics/transportation, supply planning IT and overall operational excellence. In this role he is leveraging his international operations experience to drive transformation and the institutionalization of foundational processes to build upon for execution and product launch. Prior to joining Imation in 2009 he was corporate vice president at Motorola responsible for the integrated supply chain operations in America’s and EMEA. After joining Motorola in 1983, Thielk led global supply chain teams across the various business units in the United States, Asia and Europe. He optimized internal manufacturing / distribution operations in the US and Europe and established an external global network of manufacturing/distribution operations. Thielk earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign. |
![]() | Ian Williams Vice President and Group President, Tiered Storage and Security Solutions Ian Williams is Imation Vice President and Group President, Tiered Storage and Security Solutions, a position he has held since January 1, 2013. In this role, Williams is responsible for Imation’s global business in storage solutions, storage media, and security solutions. Williams joined Imation in February 2011 as Vice President for global marketing and product management, a role he held until January 1, 2013. This included global responsibility for Imation’s brands, marketing and product management spanning a full portfolio spanning Storage and Consumer Electronics and Accessories. Prior to joining Imation, Williams was the Executive Director of nearline enterprise storage for Seagate, a leader in hard disk drives and storage solutions. He began his technology marketing career at Apple Canada. After joining Compaq's Canadian operations in 1997, Williams advanced through several product management roles in the company's storage products businesses in the United States. From 2000 to 2004 and following Compaq's acquisition by Hewlett-Packard, Williams was group product manager for Hewlett-Packard's enterprise storage, server storage and infrastructure products. From 2004 to 2006, he served as director of RAID solutions and external storage for Adaptec Inc. Williams holds a Master of Business Administration degree in strategic management and international business from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a Bachelor's degree in international marketing and strategic planning from Brock University. |
